All county impact fees are from the official Polk County Impact Fee Schedule adopted via Ordinance 2024-62, effective January 1, 2025 (charged at 100% of study rate). Polk County impact fees are FLAT per dwelling unit and are NOT tiered by home square footage, so no representative-size tier selection was needed for SFD.
